One, for you... one for you... one for you...

A little Krispy Kreme topped off the trip to Utah.
Yummmmmmmm....

Fly Away!!

For Christmas this year, some of my siblings gave Grandma and Grandpa the chance to fly. We were able to go watch them fly while we were in Utah. Since Grandpa retired from his dental practice this December, they thought it fitting to really set him free!!

Grandpa flew like a pro.

Grandma could not stop laughing the entire time.

We held on for dear life while we watched Grandma and Grandpa fly.

Fun in the Snow

We were so lucky to be able to make another trip back up to Utah after Christmas. We got to do it all. Play in the snow, go sledding, play with cousins, go skiing (Julie - Bryce worked), and did I mention play in the snow???

Uncle Maurice, Paige, and Will made the best snow fort and had a huge snowball fight with Grandpa. They stayed out playing until after dark!

Brittany and Will making...

Mario!!!
(For those of you who don't know, Will has been a little into Nintendo Mario Bros. On any given day he believes that he truly is Mario, or Luigi... or if he feels a little rough and tough he might even be Big Bowser for a day!!)

Christmas Morning 2008

The Whole Family!!

This is everyone on Bryce's side of the family. We had everyone here in Arizona for Christmas Eve.

Helmets for Christmas

At the top of our list in our letter to Santa, we asked for two shiny black helmets...
Yes, we ended up getting helmets for the boys. They were pricy Christmas presents!! We have been told they will need to wear them 23 hours a day for up to 6 months. Fun for us!! Even bigger news... notice how they are holding their own bottles. I can't even tell you how free that makes me feel!! Paige and Will never held their own bottles so this is a whole new thing in our house.
Sam getting ready for his scan. They used to make an actual plaster cast of the baby's heads to make the helmets... instead, thanks to technology, the orthotist just took a laser and scanned their heads and a porcelain doll head looking figure of our babies showed up on the computer screen. Pretty amazing!!
Jack all ready for his scan!

Getting Ready for Christmas

A trip to see Santa. Jack kept pulling on his beard to make sure it was real!!

Cousins Christmas party! We went carolling for all to hear!

Cousins and candy canes!

Having too much fun!!

Our little family

Thanksgiving in Utah 2008

After dinner and pie Grandma and Grandpa decided we needed more treats!! We all decorated gingerbread houses as families. I thought it would be fun to post a picture of all ten of my siblings and their families hard at work!
Stacy, Connor, Keenan, and Kam. (Ron really did help.)

Troy and Michelle and most of theirs!

Sherilee and all minus Delton and Karsten.

Bryan, Tiffany, and Peri. Doesn't Bryan look a little too excited???

Bryce and Paige hard at work.

Thanksgiving 2008 continued...

Aaron, Aimee, and Addie

Todd and Lacey and their retro g-house.

Beth and..... where's Nate?

Maurice and Kristi

Brittany and her perfect house.

Our Little Violinist

We have quite the little performer on our hands! Paige is amazing at playing her violin for people. In October she played a solo and then accompanied her entire Primary on the song "Home". Just before the Christmas break, Paige played "My Country Tis of Thee" for the flag raising ceremony for the entire first and second grades at her school. She serenaded us all at Christmas time with "Joy to the World" and "Jingle Bells." She plays everything by memory and doesn't miss a note!! The other day she was having a little problem remembering her math facts at school, and she thought about it for a while and said, "Maybe I have too much violin music in my head and there isn't anymore room for math facts!" She continually amazes us with her talent.
Paige at her violin recital in November where she played "Allegro", "Perpetual Motion", and "Jingle Bells".
Paige playing "Allegro" at a recital for the Valley of the Sun Suzuki Association in October.

Tummy Time With Will

Sam and Jack get to spend 6 hours a day doing tummy time per doctors orders. The boys have gotten themselves some pretty flat heads and so we've been instructed to put them on their tummies as much as possible to try and help remedy the situation. Will is their best playmate while Paige is at school. He keeps them laughing as well as us!

November 2008... Six Months Old!!

Not so happy to be trying rice cereal!
Big Man Sam!

Jack is not so amused by this whole thing either!
